How Does Comfor-pedic By Simmons Compare To Tempur-pedic?

Overall, the Comfor-pedic and Tempur-pedic ranges are very similar, both falling into the category of memory-foam mattresses. Firstly, Comfor-pedic mattresses use a different type of memory foam (NxG or Next Generation) to that used by Tempur-pedic that combines latex and visco. Tempur-pedic claims their proprietary Tempur® foam is temperature sensitive, allowing it to mold better to your body shape, relieving pressure on sensitive areas.

Comfor-pedic memory foam apparently bounces back into shape much quicker, making it easier to roll over in bed at night. Warranty lengths also differ. Tempur-pedic offers a 20-year warranty whilst Simmonds provide a 25-year one on Comfor-pedic mattresses.
